按摩腓骨长肌与脛骨后肌
  1.採坐姿或趴姿,将毛巾垫高在按摩处下方。藉著小球固定脛骨外侧(腓骨长肌),或是按摩内侧(脛骨后肌)。
  脛骨长肌按摩
  2.使用小球按压,并且来回滚刷痠痛处,可以搭配脚背摆动,辅助肌肉延长。
  按摩脛骨前肌
  1.採跪姿,将毛巾垫高在小腿下方。藉著小球固定脛骨前肌,并且跪著的膝盖往天花板方向延伸。维持这个伸展的感觉,停留在有些微紧张感的位置,时间维持2到3个呼吸。
